Data we collect
Forms request your first name, last name, email address, telephone number, area of interest and message. They also record the source URL, referring page and any UTM parameters associated with the visit. The system may retain an irreversibly transformed technical identifier to limit abusive submissions.
Purpose
We use this information to receive, review and answer enquiries; arrange the requested contact; maintain internal follow-up; protect the form against abuse; and identify where enquiries originate.
Retention and access
Information is stored in the website database and should be accessible only to authorised BCCA administrators. Records may be archived or deleted when they are no longer needed to handle the enquiry or meet applicable obligations.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses a technical session required for security. Optional analytics tools load only when an identifier has been configured and the visitor has consented.
Rights and requests
You may request access to, correction or deletion of the data you submitted by writing to info@bcca.com.pa. BCCA may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the person making the request.
Security
The website uses validation, access controls, protection against forged requests, submission limits and prepared database queries. No system can guarantee absolute security, so access permissions and server configuration must be kept up to date.
