About Yesenia Beitía
A founding partner of BCCA & Asociados since 2008, Yesenia Beitía leads the firm with an approach that combines law, accounting and finance. Her practice is distinguished by personal attention and an understanding of each client’s objectives.
Her training as an attorney and certified public accountant enables her to address the legal and financial aspects of companies, private clients and special projects together.
1997–2004 · IBM–GBM OF PANAMA
In independent practice since 2005, her experience includes roles as a judicial administrator and head of the money-laundering unit of Panama’s Police (DIJ), with DEA certification. Her practice encompasses legal representation and resident agent services for corporations, private interest foundations and estate restructuring; civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on prevention and out-of-court settlements; and advice on real estate and condominium law.
As a certified public accountant, she practices in finance and corporate tax planning. Her approach combines an assessment of each situation with close support throughout the decision-making process.
