No obstante, para elaborar una propuesta adecuada de honorarios y gastos, se hace necesario evaluar las circunstancias de la materia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>HONORARIOS<\/strong> conforme a sus requerimientos y condiciones, BCCA &amp; ASOCIADOS podr\u00e1 facturarle por hora o por servicio.<br \/>\n<strong>POR HORA<\/strong><br \/>\nCon el prop\u00f3sito de asignar el valor a nuestros servicios, nosotros mantenemos registros de tiempo para cada cliente y asunto. Este registro de tiempo, se revisa mensualmente, antes de ser facturado. Los abogados, de <strong>BCCA &amp; ASOCIADOS<\/strong> tienen asignada sus tarifa por hora. Nuestras tarifas por hora, mantienen un rango desde $100 a $350 por hora, dependiendo del asunto, especialidad y experiencia del Abogado.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">TARIFA FIJA POR SERVICIO<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>BCCA &amp; ASOCIADOS<\/strong> establece un porcentaje sobre la cuant\u00eda del servicio requerido. A manera de ejemplo, Si nosotros brindamos asistencia legal, elaboramos un contrato de compra, cuyo precio es de $500, 000.00, usualmente fijamos nuestros honorarios sobre un 0.75%.<br \/>\nLos servicios estar\u00e1n determinados por materia y el tipo de servicios que el cliente solicita, la experiencia requerida, los resultados a obtener y otras circunstancias<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ADELANTOS EN SU CUENTA<\/strong> Ser\u00e1n facturados separadamente los costos y gastos como: llamadas larga distancia, fotocopias, gastos de envi\u00f3, viajes y alg\u00fan y otros servicios que sea requerido a un experto o perito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En caso de procesos judiciales, <strong>BCCA &amp; ASOCIADOS<\/strong> incluye pagos realizados, reporteros, testigos, periodo y aquellos servicios que provee la corte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PAGO<\/strong> una vez emitimos la factura, esperamos recibir su pago, en los pr\u00f3ximos treinta (30) d\u00edas. <strong>BCCA &amp; ASOCIADOS<\/strong> requerir\u00e1, algunas veces, un porcentaje de la facture por adelantado.<br \/>\nRecibimos nuestros pagos, en d\u00f3lares americanos, cheques pagados a la orden de <strong>BCCA &amp; ASOCIADOS<\/strong> y transferencia bancarias.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BCCA &amp; ASOCIADOS, espera que la informaci\u00f3n contenida en este documento le ayude a entender nuestras pol\u00edticas relativas a la facturaci\u00f3n y pago de nuestro servicio.
